Our Art de la Table program is composed of 4 different classes.

You can complete your knowledge of this “Art of the Table” program by consulting our «Business Etiquette». Our program « Etiquette in the restaurant and hospitality » will teach you all the keys to a successful business lunch and will give you all the rules of etiquette for catering professionals.

The art of entertaining and etiquette at the table class (4 hours)

The History of the Art de la Table class

French Etiquette invites you to discover the French history of the Art de la Table, by going through its evolution from the 15th century to the 20th century.
You will discover how gastronomy, utensils, cooking methods, the place of the kitchen and dining room in the architecture of houses and castles, table service, as well as the uses and customs of the table have evolved over the centuries.

We offer you a real invitation to travel back in time.
We will travel together for more than 5 centuries retracing the French history of the Art de la Table where each anecdote will transport you between France and Singapore.
