You can complete your knowledge of the “Art de vivre & French Culture” by subscribing to our offer “Etiquette & Art de Vivre in Paris Class” and also “The History of the Art de la Table class“.

(3 hours)

Paris is the most beautiful city in the world (of course!). Paris is also the world capital of art, fashion, gastronomy and culture. We love its shops, cafés, restaurants, theatres, museums but also its soul and history. French Etiquette takes you to Paris and shows you some of the most beautiful monuments.

French Etiquette makes you discover in particular:

The 44 French sites classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites (3 hours)

France has the honour of having 44 sites classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Discover their origins, history and specificities. French Etiquette takes you on a journey and makes you discover in particular:

The Château de Versailles, Mont Saint Michel, the cathedrals (Notre-Dame de Reims, Amiens, Chartres, Bourges…), the Parc de Fontainebleau, the banks of the Seine, the Canal du Midi, the city of the popes in Avignon (…) and our French islands (Corsica, Réunion, New Caledonia, Polynesia).

French superstitions class
(2 hours)

Superstition is rooted in many cultures and everyday situations (at the table, in the theatre, at a wedding, in the street, by offering a gift…).
It is so tenacious that it sometimes becomes a ritual, a tradition, and is even an integral part of the code of good manners. The lack of knowledge of certain precautions to be taken in response to superstitions can be very poorly perceived by your relations.

We have therefore chosen to present you with an assortment of superstitions, most of which have spread to many cultures and are still very widespread today.
