The rules of etiquette in the company
(4 hours)

Growth, market conquest, profitability, internal and external competition… do not intrinsically create a favourable environment for respect for others.
The professional etiquette presents the basic rules of good manners in the company, it makes it possible to maintain social well-being, to take care of internal and external relations within the company and contributes to forging the company’s good image.

Among the topics covered:

Relationship codes in the company, taking care of its presentation and gestures, organizing an appointment or meeting, participating in a business lunch, managing its communication, management and etiquette rules..

Etiquette and Management
(3 hours)

With this program, we will review the different tasks that a manager must plan and perform.
And beyond these obligations necessary for the accomplishment of its mission, we will study all the attitudes favourable to internal management (how to express its interest and empathy for its teams, how to create a sense of belonging, how to create a climate of trust and security, how to share its vision and communicate its ambition…).
Finally, we will study all attitudes favourable to external management because customers, shareholders, suppliers, partners are part of this ecosystem that influences and even determines the viability and future of your company.

The technical and emotional dimensions will be largely influenced by the ability of the protagonists to demonstrate good manners.
And, as you will see, good manners, courtesy, etiquette, are a precious help in conducting negotiations.

Etiquette and Body language
(3 hours)

Since we are not always aware of non-verbal communication, body language is often more honest than a long speech. The brain controls all behaviours, whether conscious or unconscious. Knowing body language expressions will help you to better perceive the behaviour of your interlocutor, analyze a situation and adjust your strategy to: conclude a negotiation, adapt your management strategy, understand the emotions of an undecided or upset customer, detect a crisis situation…

Among the topics covered:

We teach you to decipher a behaviour through body language expressions (face, bust, hands, arms, legs, feet…) and give you the keys to their interpretation to perfect your approach.

Etiquette and Savoir-Dire
(3 hours)

We are constantly working to improve a company’s image through marketing campaigns, product packaging, shop design, clothing… Unfortunately, this can very quickly be ruined by inappropriate verbal exchange, poor vocabulary choice, a derogatory tone, an inappropriate polite formula… Despite the beauty of the place and the expertise of an establishment, the client may then only remember the unfortunate behaviour of the person who welcomed him. We train you in verbal elegance, which should be accompanied by an equally elegant gestural and attitude. The transmission of emotion to the client is more through words and gestures than through technique.
