The services offered as part of the “Art de Vivre” programme are intended for people who wish to learn more about the rules of etiquette, Savoir-Vivre, Art de la Table, the French cultural universe… that can be applied in a personal or private setting.
In this program, workshops allowing to discover or better know one of the French expertise (gastronomy, oenology, culture, beauty…) are also proposed.

The services offered under the “Business Etiquette” program are intended for companies, professionals and people wishing to be trained in the rules of etiquette applied in a professional context.
Services are offered on the basis of a catalogue but are also customizable, according to the needs of your teams, your company, your sector (hotels, restaurants, luxury goods, sales, service, etc.) and your business.

The conditions under which each session takes place are specified in its description:

  • Private or group session: Some services are provided in groups and others, more personalized, are offered in private session.
    This information is specified for each service at the time of booking.
  • The duration of each session is specified in each description.
  • The services are provided in English or French. This information will be specified for each service at the time of booking.
  • The services are provided in Singapore, at French Etiquette’s premises or at the client company’s premises (hotel, restaurant, meeting room, shop, etc.) or at the partner’s premises for the workshops. This information is always specified at the time of booking.
  • The partners selected by French Etiquette to transmit their French know-how (gastronomy, oenology, dance, French language…), are based in Singapore or will come specially from France to teach it.
  • Beginning of the session: please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the presentation, preferably with your order form.

All you have to do is contact us and let us know which service you are interested in on the date that suits you.
Within the framework of the services provided for a company (hotel, restaurant, shop, services, finance, etc.), we will meet once or several times to understand and define your needs, in order to carry out a personalized training, meeting all your criteria.

We agree together on the desired date, depending on availability, then we issue an order form and an invoice which will be sent to you by email.
You can also place an order online, and then contact us to agree a date together.

Your reservation and your order will be effective upon receipt of payment.
Payment is made by bank transfer or cheque.

  • Workshops

As part of the workshops and events that we organize on specific dates, a calendar is available online. You can order the workshop online.

If you are interested in a workshop but you are not available on the scheduled date, or if you are interested in a workshop that has already taken place, contact us so that we can organize it again and propose new dates.
We also organise tailor-made services.

French service orders are not nominative, and they are transferable.
You can therefore order a service from French Etiquette to make a friend benefit from it.

Orders for services offered in the “catalogue” (not personalised) can be modified, subject to notifying us 7 working days before the planned date of the service by contacting us: welcome@french-etiquette.com or contact form

Orders for services established to measure or to participate in a workshop will only be modifiable to the extent that we are able to do so. Contact us : welcome@french-etiquette.com or contact form

Orders can therefore be modified under the specified conditions but are not refundable.

Full payment for each service is to be made when ordering a service. The payment of the order allows you to book your service.
